Governance by our Constitutions or by a ruling class? By Bob Schulz

In the first of the three videos linked to below, Bob Schulz first defines the overall governmental problem we are experiencing in America -- the shift in the ultimate power in our society from the people to the government where it was not intended to reside. He then offers a plan to restore constitutional governance in America, a plan that relies on a Right secured to the People by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and each of the fifty State Constitutions – the right to petition the government for redress of grievances.

In the second of the three videos linked to below, Bob summarized the historical record of the People’s constitutionally secured right to petition the government for redress of grievances as well as the urgent need to fully restore that right in the interest of preserving our Constitutional Republic. Bob speaks to the historical meaning of the Petition Clause, including government’s obligation to provide a meaningful response to a proper petition for redress of a grievance and the people’s right of enforcement in the absence of a meaningful response from the government.

In the third of the three videos linked to below, featuring a series of slides, Bob presents a more in-depth discussion of the problem and the power of the Right to Petition the Government for redress of the grievance.

All are encouraged to inwardly digest the content of the videos and pass them to friends and acquaintances.
